Federal Hemp Law (United States)
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight at the federal level. However, cannabis with THC content above 0.3% remains federally classified as a Schedule I controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act.
This means marijuana (cannabis with more than 0.3% THC) is illegal under federal law, regardless of state legalization. Possession, distribution, and cultivation of marijuana can result in federal criminal charges.

State-Specific Disclaimers
California
California Proposition 64 (Adult Use of Marijuana Act) legalized recreational cannabis for adults 21 and older. All cannabis products must be purchased through licensed retailers and comply with state testing, labeling, and packaging requirements.
California Residents: You must be 21 years or older to purchase or possess cannabis products. Do not operate vehicles or machinery while under the influence. Public consumption is prohibited in most areas. Keep all products away from minors.
Oregon
Oregon Measure 91 legalized adult-use cannabis for individuals 21 and older. All cannabis purchases must be made through licensed dispensaries regulated by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC).
Oregon Residents: You must be 21 years or older to purchase or possess cannabis. Consumption is prohibited in public spaces and while operating vehicles. Cannabis cannot be transported across state lines. Store all products securely away from children and pets.
Responsible Consumption & Safety
Cannabis affects everyone differently. Start low and go slow, especially if you are new to cannabis or trying a new product. Allow adequate time for effects to manifest before consuming more.
Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while under the influence of cannabis. Impaired driving is illegal and dangerous.
Cannabis should not be used by individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 21 years of age. Keep all cannabis products in child-resistant packaging and out of reach of children and pets.
